We at Scubix Studio follow 5 stage project management process. We follow INITIATION, PLANNING, EXECUTION, MONITORING & QUALITY CONTROL, DELIVERY. As our team is completely from core production backgrounds, we understand the requirements better and in effective way.
As part of the PLANNING AND EXECUTION process, we prepare complete road map for the project with clearly defined scope of work which help us in transparent communication.
As part of the Design, we do extensive research on inputs and outputs. We make sure to deliver the best on scheduled date.
We develop as per requirements and develop the best for branding. We also develop custom requirements eg. Product 3d Model, Architecture Rendering, Branding Solution ( website, logo, Mascot, intro animation etc.)
