The Lumina District: AR Urban Planning
Project Overview
The challenge was to visualize a 50-acre carbon-neutral district before construction began. We provided an immersive AR solution that allowed stakeholders to walk through the unbuilt environment in real-time using Unreal Engine 5, significantly reducing approval bottlenecks and investor uncertainty.
Our team developed a high-fidelity digital twin that incorporated real-time solar data, pedestrian flow simulations, and carbon footprint metrics. This wasn't just a visual tool; it was a decision-making engine for the city's future.
